Step 4 of 4: Apply for the Colleges and Courses of your interests and preferences

For applying to a Government Junior Colleges (GJC) and Aided Junior Colleges either for the regular stream courses or for the vocational courses,

  1. Online Registration. Visit the official portal - APBIE (Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education) Home Page
  2. Fill Personal Details. You will need to provide your 10th-class marks details, Aadhaar number, and contact information.
  3. Course Selection. You can choose between Regular or Vocational courses, and also specify your priorty.
  4. Fee Payment. A registration fee (typically around ₹200–₹300) must be paid online via credit/debit card or net banking.
  5. Submit and Print the Form. After confirming all details, submit the form and keep a printout of the acknowledgement for counselling.

NOTE: Many government junior colleges offer the vocational courses alongside regular streams, including "Bridge Courses" that allow vocational students to later pursue standard degrees like B.Sc or B.Com.

For applying to Private Junior Colleges, you will have to contact their college administration offices directly and (mostly) physically. You have to go through their ad hoc admission process.
